We found that the primary bathroom toilet was unstable at the base and in overall poor condition. We recommended replacing it with a new American Standard Cadet Pro toilet to restore proper function and ensure a secure, long-lasting installation. The existing toilet was removed and properly disposed of. Upon inspection, the toilet flange was found to be deteriorated, which contributed to the rocking at the base. The damaged flange was removed and replaced with a new clam flange securely fastened to the floor. The shutoff valve was tested and confirmed to be operating correctly, so replacement was not necessary. A new American Standard Cadet Pro white ADA-height toilet was installed using new closet bolts, a wax ring, and a new supply line.
