12/10/25 - Arrived on site to replace failed furnace. We turned off gas supply and electrical to the unit. Removed ductwork connected to furnace and removed the furnace. Cut return in to the new furnace chassis and put it into place. Connected supply and return duct to furnace. Sealed seams with mastic tape. We then wired up new outlet and switch for furnace. We will return in the morning to finish up ductwork and to do startup. 12/11/25 - arrived on site to finish furnace install. We ran ductwork to the return grill that was existing. Finished up gas line, bubble tested to check for leaks. None present. Adjusted gas pressure to around 10” w.c. Fired up furnace and it is operating properly. No CO leaks present.
