Upon arrival customer had a dishwasher which had previously leaked. I took apart the front plate and found the dishwasher supply connection had cracked and it was very cold under the dishwasher. It also appeared the dishwasher supply line was frozen. I left off the front plate to allow warm air in and left the dishwasher off. Upper Valley Appliances (802) 449-7675 Upon inspection there was also a leaking supply line on the hot side of the first floor lavatory and a rusted water logged pressure tank which was causing pulsing in the water. I replaced the copper supply line with a braided supply line restoring water to the lav. I then removed and disposed of the old pressure and installed a new 20 gallon well-xtroll pressure tank with a new pressure switch, tank tee, boiler drain, pressure relief valve, and added a check valve. I also installed a 3/4” boiler drain and shutoff to prevent leaks from the old shutoff valve and gate valve boiler drain and to give the home serviceability.
