Performed annual maintenance on the oil furnace, including replacement of the nozzle, oil filter, and strainer. Cleaned the heat exchanger and flue pipe by brushing and vacuuming. Tested and verified proper operation of all burner components and system safeties. Inspected the fan motor and all associated components and confirmed proper operation. Performed combustion analysis, smoke test, and draft test. During the inspection, multiple cracks were identified in the combustion head. With customer approval, the F3 combustion head was replaced and proper operation was confirmed after installation. The system is operating properly at this time.
