Arrived on site to diagnose no heat on main floor. After our initial inspection, we found that the zone powerhead to the zone valve was seized and very hot to the touch. And since we were able to move the valve manually this is usually a sign the powerhead has failed. We provided an estimate to replace the powerhead which was accepted. We powered down the unit and removed failed powerhead. Installed new powerhead and wired it up. Tested operation by turning the thermostat on and off a few times. Valve opened each time and the control board recognized it. System is operating properly at this time. Thank you for your business!
