For this job, we responded to a septic backup causing wastewater to back up into the bathtub and leak from the base of the toilet. Due to the severity of the blockage, we recommended that Beards be called out to snake and clear the main drain line. The customer was advised that plumbing repairs would be completed after the drain was properly cleared. Once Beards completes the drain cleaning, we will return to replace the toilet with a customer-supplied unit and repair the leaking 90-degree fitting. All findings and recommendations were discussed with the customer on site to ensure a clear plan for corrective action.
