Homeowner had water leak coming from the ceiling beneath her bathroom. After our thorough evaluation we discovered there was nickel sized hole in the “shoe” of her bathtubs waste and overflow and her shower valve has a slow drip due to failed cartridges. We replaced the waste and overflow to restore proper leak free drainage. We ordered a new finish kit with cartridges for her shower to stop the dripping spout and improve appearance of the shower 12/19/25 Service was performed to complete repairs from a previous visit by installing new three-handle shower trim and internal components that had been ordered. Upon arrival, the existing shower handles, hardware, and cartridges were removed. New handles, hardware, and cartridges were installed and properly secured. After installation, the shower was tested for proper operation and inspected for leaks. All components operated as intended, and no leaks were observed at the time of service.
