For this job, we arrived on site and drained the toilet tank, then removed the tank from the bowl to access the failed tank-to-bowl gasket, which was not sealing properly and causing leakage when the tank was full. The existing gasket was removed and replaced with a new, properly sized tank-to-bowl gasket, and the tank was reset and secured using new hardware as needed. Upon installation, we also found that the flush tower gasket was worn and leaking, so it was replaced as well. After reassembly, the toilet was refilled and thoroughly tested to ensure proper operation, a secure seal, and that no leaks were present. Everything is now functioning as it should.
