Furnace repair. No heat call. Inspection showed this to be an older unit. Found motor bad and needs to be replaced. Provided estimate to replace inducer motor kit, replace furnace and/or HVAC system. Owner approved to replace HVAC system. Advised customer someone will reach out to schedule. No charge per technician.
