Water leaking into basement from sub floor with no plumbing in areas at all. This home has a basement under garage and customer used a push broom to move snow off of drive way. I looked in closet in garage and found the push broom with snow still on it melted into the floor below. I moved the broom and drip has slowed down significantly. Can only assume the water from snow broom was leaking into basement directly below. Only other issue it could be is the in floor heating line has a hole in it. If that’s the case we will come back and investigate further. No charge other then dispatch fee per Chris.
