Furnace repair. Arriving to replace the blower wheel, the customer states the furnace was just checked in November (by others), and both the ignitor and flame sensor were very corroded. The customer agreed it was time to replace both parts, along with replacing the blower wheel. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Tested and checked the humidifier and pad. The unit and filter are in good condition. The system is clean, heating and operating properly at this time. The customer purchased a plan at the initial visit. This is the first visit on the plan. One visit remains for the Spring A/C clean & check. Revised furnace replacement estimate to include replacing the A/C system. Performed complimentary plumbing inspections.
