Cleaned and serviced both condensing units. Last visit in plans! Tested all mechanical components. *On 1st floor unit; changed furnace filter that customer provided, replaced cap & contactor due to corrosion and below acceptable levels. Used 45/5 and 1shunt. Check compressor amperage and fan motor amperage. Both were in acceptable range. Found r410 refrigerant was 2lbs low. Added refrigerant and sealant to achieve accurate efficiency levels. System was extremely dirty with cotton wood.
