Customers private home has a couple issues. First being a leak on his soaking tub with jets in master bathroom. Customer is going to move large kitchen table directly below area and remove his own drywall for inspection once area is able to be inspected. Second issue is customer has an issue with hot and cold water mixing in home on all fixtures in master bathroom The rest of the home does not seem to be affected except for kitchen sink minimally. I was not able to get water to mix at kitchen faucet but customer told me it happens on occasion. After speaking with Chris we are going to replace the shower cartridges in master bathroom and see if this fixes the issue before proceeding further. The customer would like to replace all three cartridges upstairs and get new trim kits as well. 2 shower trims and 1 tub shower trim. Customer would like us to send him an option or 2 in brushed nickel prior to making decision on which one. The valves are pricephister and I have pics on my phone.
