Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. The furnace filter was just changed. The blower motor capacitor was below the acceptable range. Replaced. Tested system. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. Customer will have spring/ac visit of 2026 season remaining on the current VIP plan. Performed free plumbing inspections.
