Men’s hall bathroom near front entrance had a urinal not working at all. It was continuous flushing at full force and was 100%backed up. I pulled urinal and had to rod for about 45 minutes just to get open. I also had to chip away at all the calcium inside urinal to get it open. Was about 50% closed off in urinal and 100% in wall waste line. After reinstalling the urinal I had to replace the spud on the urinal because it was loose and would not tighten, replace the diaphragm and vacuum breaker. After further investigation I found that the silinoid plunger for sensor was no longer connected and ordered a new one from Meyer. It is currently usable but will need to be replaced when it comes in. Also urinal in men’s locker room is 100% full of calcium and I could not get open after an extended period of time trying to auger and chisel out with my screwdriver. The bathroom is open to Public and the maintenance manager is going to put muriatic acid in Tuesday night when closed to try and cle
