person who put door up great job sales person lied to.me sales person said he was going to put door in for sure I had to go over what we were going to do

Robert, I just tried to reach out to you. I'm sorry that you believe that the technician lied to you, however he did not. At the time the door was sold he was scheduled to install it himself. We did have a technician call in which forced us to use that technician for service and assign your door install to our dedicated door installer. I'm sorry if that wasn't communicated properly to you. In regards to having to go over what we were doing it was a standard door installation that our installer has performed hundreds of times.
