This is the second time I have used Action Garage Door, in an effort to show loyalty without finger pointing during future repairs. They have installed a new opener with all the options, in the past and this visit was to replace my 25 year old door, all parts completely. My technician was Joseph W. he was extremely knowledgeable and professional when he first came out to explain why a new door would be prudent. I ordered a new door insisting Joseph W. to also be the installer. Estimating a 2 to 4 week wait for delivery, arriving and installed in 3 weeks. My only "Not so Much" was their pricing, charging a service fee of $35 even though they did the work, they had offered $55 off for repeat customers, 10% off senior discount but instead gave me a $100 off coupon that could not be used with any other discount...I think their pricing is a bit high but their immediate availability and Joseph's knowledge made me feel I was buying reassurance.
