Door Specialist, Cory , was a pleasure to deal with and represents Action Door in a very professional manner. Upon arrival he outlined the inspection he would perform and approximate amount of time to complete. After completing the inspection he advised specifics of issues identified and action he took to correct areas need. Before writing up the work ticket he even gave a short refresher demonstration on how to safely release door if needed in a power outage and how the door sensors operate and how to insure they're properly aligned. Totally impressed with the service and communication skills !
