It did not measure up to my expectations. The former tech . checked & tightened loose bolts and screws and adjusted the springs and listened to my concerns.Mister Jim did the opposite.He just visualized the opening and closing of the garage door then sprayed the chain with lubricant and that’s it!

Jim did a discounted door and opener tune up and charged the rate for the customers that have it performed annually even thought it's been five years since you had us out. I know that Jim works at a fast pace however Jim did ensure me that he performed all 20 points of the maintenance.
