On the day of the appointment, I received a text message, informing me of who the technician would be and providing a photo of the technician. I really appreciated knowing who to expect. Prior to the arrival of the technician, I received a call informing me that the technician was on the way and the estimated time of arrival. This was well within the scheduled time. The technician, Mac, was punctual, pleasant, and thoroughly knowledgeable. He took time to explain every step. I commend his professionalism.
