Woke up at 7 am to a loud bang. Got up to check if my wife hit the house backing out of our driveway. She comes in house says the garage door won’t open. Called Action Door, they were the only ones to respond. Can’t get your cars out if the garage door won’t open! They responded, guy heard the phone call and put it in emergency mode. Luke was here less the an hour later. Said it would take 1 1/2 hours. He finished up, checked and tested everything and was finished in 1 hour! Turned out the springs snapped, that was the loud noise! This company is both fair and very good!
