2025 PSCA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance
Complaint: Fan motor on Outside unit for house not coming on. Condenser fan motor and module bad. Ordered new motor, module and foam for top of condenser coil. 1/24/25 Replaced condenser fan motor, module, and insulation foam. (Parts warranty only) Tested system operation. System is operating normally at this time.
Replace burners and test furnace operation Replaced burner assembly and watched system operation System is heating at this time
Heating Maintenance PCSA 2024 Heating Check Up Renewal. System is heating efficiently at this time, the filter has been washed, temperature rise is good, drain is clear and all other components check out good at this time.
AC Service Leak search Found leak in indoor coil and found compressor shorted to ground Customer interested in new unit early spring
2024 PSCA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Completed cooling maintenance, when first running AC system short cycled, found unit low on gas, charged unit with 2 pounds of refrigerant, found weak blower capacitor, replaced capacitor and verified system operation. System has a leak and customer would like to schedule a leak search System is cooling at this time
Added 4 lbs of 410A to unit. Found leak in indoor coil. Gave customer ballpark on coil. He will monitor operation.
