PCSA 2024 AC Check Up 2 Systems Renewal Slight charge adjustment on loft unit: added 1 lb of 410A under parts and labor warranty to get some subcooling readings. Will monitor. Flushed drains, and cleaned outdoor coils
HVAC Service Air Conditioning Maintenance PCSA 2024 AC Check Up Prepaid Cleaned washable filter, operations checks are good, blower starting to sound faintly labored on startup. It still gets its revs quickly. Will monitor. Model and serial updated
Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coil, flushed drain with a gallon of water, filter is provided by customer, checked system operation, found weak capacitor and bad contactor, replaced both with approval from customer, system was out of gas so I charged it with 7 pounds of refrigerant and ran system to make sure it’s working properly. System is cooling at this time

Furnace Inspection Complaint furnace not operating properly Found that door switch was open upon arrival. Customer said that she must have left it off by mistake. Lennox pulse operating at this time
