They've saved us money on quality products, while never trying to sell us on an upgrade that we don't need. Justin has been our technician on multiple occasions. He's personable, thorough, quick, and efficient. Justin's knowledge is impressive, but if he doesn't have an answer for you, he won't tell you, "I don't know." Justin will investigate and find the answer. Our family will never use another company to maintain our HVAC as long a Charlie's is in business. Thank you for all you do!

This older York system, despite its age, is still going strong.
AC Repair HVAC Service Checked charge, system was low on refrigerant, charged unit with 3 pounds of refrigerant with approval from customer, system may have a leak or metering device issues, recommended to keep an eye on how system does during the summer. System is cooling at this time
