AC Maintenance PCSA 2025 a/c check up prepaid and complaint Ecobee t-stat is not operating properly Found low voltage fuse blown. Replaced fuse and checked operation. On AC start up system showed signs of short/voltage drop. Checked low voltage wiring. Decided with customer approval to replace contactor. Completed PCSA maintenance.
Ac Repair Coplaint: Unit freezing up. Found AC system low of Freon. Added refrigerant and system now cooling. Warned customer of cond fan motor making noise
AC Repair Complaint: Tenant says system doesn’t cool well. Found liquid line very warm for temp outside. Cleaned cond coil and Evap temp dropped 20 degrees. Maintenance is changing filter and cleaning Evap coil if needed.
AC Repair Complaint: AC running but not cooling. Found system was low of freon. Added R22 and system now cooling
