Our tech justin showed up early. He was clean and friendly and helpful when asked questions. I would be glad to have him again. However, we feel STRONGLY overcharged, for the amount of time and service provided. Nearly $400 for under an hours work. I have a hard time believing whatever chemical was used, was that pricey. it feels like the situation was strong armed to get maximum dollars. Not by your friendly technician, Justin, but by whatever negotiations he got hooked into by the company.

AC Service Complaint no cool unit freezing up. System is cooling at this time, issue has been resolved. Performed preventative maintenance and inspected entire system, all checks are good at this time, condenser is cleared from debris, and drain has been flushed to prevent clogging.
Air Conditioning Repair Carbondale System is cooling efficiently at this time, filter has been replaced, condensate drain has been flushed to prevent potential clogging, temperature drop is acceptable and refrigerant charge is within range. Checked filter for dehumidifier as well, it was clean and did not need replaced at this time. All other checks are good.
AC Repair Carbondale Air Conditioning Maintenance I replaced motor and verified operation, system is cooling efficiently at this time. Customer signed up for a maintenance plan so we will come back and do a full inspection on both systems and also verify that the blower is still cooling as needed.
