Daniel is courteous, punctual, and very efficient in doing the check ups on my two heat pumps. He takes time to explain everything in an easy to understand manner and always gives an opinion on anything needed with the customer’s best interest in mind. He is very personable and an excellent representative of Charlie’s Air Conditioning & Heating.

4/7/25 Performed cleaning and inspection for C7, C8, Harvest A, and Harvest B. C7 and C8 needed new blower belts. Maintenance provided the belt for C7. C8 has a minor gas leak in one of the gas line joints. Will seal before leak becomes an issue. C8 has no Freon in it. It is beyond repair for AC and will be a heat only system. C7 Compressor #1 needed 3 lbs of R-410A, needs a new capacitor for the inducer motor, and needs new contactors for both compressors. Both harvest systems appear to be operating normally. 4/8/25 Repaired gas leak on C8. Replaced contactors for both compressors on C7 (maintenance provided). Replaced capacitor for inducer motor on C7. Cleaned and inspected systems for C3. All systems for C3 are operating normally. 4/9/25 Cleaned and inspected C2 A, B, C, and C1. C2 C had an extremely bad vibration coming from the blower motor. The wheel had come severely warped and damaged the blower motor. Replaced both. (Maintenance provided). The heat thermostat in C1 sometimes
