A critical component in my ac went out the day before my family was coming into town for a visit and Charlie’s saved the day! I noticed my ac wasn’t getting as cool as it should so I called Charlie’s and they came over to see what was the matter. It turns out a critical component was out. The tech called around but this component was hard to find for my older unit. He said they would have one ordered and rushed. Then I got a call the next day that they had searched their warehouse and found one! The good people at Charlie’s came over right over and had my ac running in no time. Great service and honest people that will bend over backwards to help you in your time of need. Plus, every tech that has ever come to my house has been incredibly nice and helpful and they have all loved visiting with my dogs!

Air Conditioning Tune Up 2024 PCSA AC Check Up Renewal AC Maintenance Marion Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coil, flushed drain, replaced filter, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
Air Conditioning Repair Marion AC Service Complaint no cool upstairs unit not cooling blower motor not coming on Credited Diag pcsa done within last 30 days. Under parts warranty per Steve. Replaced x13 motor and briefly inspected outside unit. Outdoor fan seems to have no oil leaking, bearings seem good. No noise from shaft. Charge is good and electrical seems sound.
AC Repair Marion Air Conditioning Maintenance Found system low on gas, charged unit with 3 pounds of 410 and got better pressures, unit most likely has a leak and may need to do a leak search if refrigerant keeps leaking System is cooling at this time
7-24-24: returned to replace low pressure switch, replaced pressure switch under warranty and made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time

Condensate lines have been flushed to prevent potential clogging. Condenser coils have been washed thoroughly and are free of debris, and all electrical components check out good.
