Charlie himself (and his son) came and saw to our problem. It turned out to be sort of a non-issue, but they still didn't charge us an arm and a leg for coming to check on it (and cleaned a few things out in our A/C system which was nice). They also could get to us much sooner (like, a week earlier) than other local companies. Will be calling them again!

2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Technician checked the wire connections, replaced the filter, flushed the drain, made sure the thermostat was operating normally, checked the Freon levels and they were looking good, and cleaned outdoor coil.
2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Technician checked the wire connections, replaced the filter and washed filters, made sure the thermostat was operating normally, checked the Freon levels and they were looking good, cleaned outdoor coil, on the older unit when tech was flushing the drain lines. It was not flushing properly. Technician blew it out with CO2 and the drain line is working properly now.

New Install AC Maintenance Technician check the wire connections on the outdoor unit, check the Freon levels on the Freon levels were good, change the filters, and hosed out the condenser coil. Technician needs to come back out to do the indoor check up. The unit is in the attic. Also, customer asked if we could possibly turn down the blower speed.
