Coil had previously frozen up, found bad blower motor, replaced blower motor and verified system operation System is cooling at this time
Diagnosed and repaired intermittent heating in 12-year-old furnace. Faulty limit switch caused system to cycle off prematurely. Replaced switch and verified proper operation. Cleaned flame sensor (3.8 microamp improvement). Checked gas pressure and combustion readings - all normal. System now operating within manufacturer specifications.
