We appreciated Shawn talking to us about what was necessary to keep our unit running efficiently. He didn’t try to sell us any extras. He took care of any issues and talked through scenarios of the repairs. He was not rushed and he made sure out AC unit was back up running in tip top shape. We appreciate Charlie’s Heating and Air!
