It is highly recommended that this emergency stop gate valve be changed due to age and corrosion and possible leaks. Scope of work: Disconnect and drain existing 30 gallon water heater. Once water heater is removed on the plumber will install new 28 gallon Rheem water heater on existing plumbing with flex lines. Per Florida building code and electrical switch needs to be installed and hardwired to unit. Once unit is installed, a test will take place to ensure unit is operating properly and no leaks.
