Upon arrival customer had a smart toilet leaking from base of toilet. Further inspection water heater was from 2017 and out of 6 year warranty. Main water shut off was an old style gate valve that was hard to turn for customer. We went head and repiped main water shut off with new 1/4 turn ball valve and replaced hose bib. In order to do this we had to chip into block wall and we are not responsible for replacing block work. We also pulled smart toilet and resealed toilet to floor after replacing emergency stop and supply line to toilet. Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane
