John the plumber was called out today for a stoppage in master bathroom, and a running toilet in the guest bathroom. On arrival the customer showed us the master bathroom toilet bubbling while the shower is running and the guest bathroom toilet running even with the emergency stop all the way off. I wrote up multiple estimates and presented them to the customer. Job details: Customer chose to go with the top option which included the following. Replace main gate valve with a ball valve. Replaced fill valve and flapper with a new angle stop for the guest bathroom toilet. (The reason why the fill valve and flapper were replaced was the toilet was constantly running for at least three days). After all that was completed, technician then proceeded to remove the toilet in the master bathroom to clear the blockage.
