Upon arrival, customer informed me that they had found water on the ground in the upstairs guest bathroom and wanted to make sure that they weren’t looking at a leak. Customer said that some of the tiles were coming up in the bathroom floor and there were some water damage that they can visibly see. I’d advise customer that I would need to do a diagnostic to find out the source of the water before I ran a leak detection. Customer showed me the water damage on the floor in the bathroom and it was right outside of where the shower curb is. I turned the shower on to see if we were getting any water while running the shower. I explained to the customer that I determined that the cause of the water is actually just from the shower head splashing outside of the shower. Customer did not have a shower curtain And the showerhead was spraying outside of the actual shower.
