We met with the homeowner, who explained that he hears water in the living room but does not see any visible signs of it. He stated that this has been occurring for over a week. Upon our inspection, we also heard the same water noise. Due to the ceilings being too high, a moisture meter could not be used on the ceiling area and we were unable to open the drywall. We moved forward with a diagnostic charge; however, since we were not able to properly test any of the fixtures because of the ceiling height and lack of proper equipment, we did not charge anything for today’s visit. Entrusted will be coming out to inspect the area further and will open the walls if necessary. No further recommendations at this time.
