We met with the homeowner, who stated that the hose bib on the side of the house was broken. The homeowner explained that she was working and unable to provide full access to the home. We recommended replacing the hose bib, and she agreed to the repair. The homeowner requested that we notify her once the work was completed since she was busy at the time. We did not perform a whole-house evaluation due to limited access. The hose bib was replaced, and after testing, no leaks were observed.
