Upon arrival customer informed me that their toilet was leaking from the base and rocking. He also stated he wanted to replace the seat which he provided. The seat was a standard kholer seat however it was to be connected to a booster seat for the toilet. I advised customer that I would need to remove the current seat from the toilet and pull the toilet off the flange. Customer agreed. After removing toilet from flange I noticed the flange was compromised. The reason for the toilet rocking and leaking was a broken flange. I advised customer I would need to cut the current flange out and replace with a new one. Customer agreed. We cleaned the toilet after removing and supplied new wax ring and flange bolts. After reattaching customer supplied seat, I went to Home Depot to get 2 custom 5.5” bolts to secure custom seat.
