Customer call John the plumber out today because for hot water heater that was installed recently is not on getting hard enough for the customers liking. When technician arrived at home, he saw that customer attempted to change the temperature on the bottom thermostat of the unit, but was unsuccessful. Technician increase the temperature from 120 to 125 on both upper and lower thermostat. Technician explain to customer that he cannot increase it anymore.
