Upon arrival to the location, I met with Evonne who showed me inside and explained that they have this faulty cartridge they want to replace but are having issues removing. When I got to the home, the trim was completely removed. Evonne mentioned she had a handy man try and he couldn’t, after they couldn’t. I asked if she’d tried reaching out to the manufacturers, she said she has but they aren’t helping her at all. They don’t have a part number for their parts, they just sell the entire shower valve as a whole with trim. Moreover, I asked to check out the main valve so we know where to shut the water off. They have a gate valve, Evonne mentioned she got it replaced not too long ago and wanted the gate valve instead of a ball valve. The water heater was also replaced a few years ago.
