Service Description: We met with the homeowner today, who explained that her water heater has been leaking for some time and she is looking to have it replaced. We provided her with a quote to replace the water heater at a discounted rate, including the required permit for the work. Additional Notes: The homeowner mentioned that she is currently obtaining quotes from other companies. We informed her that we are willing to price match any competitor’s quote, provided that their offer includes the same scope of work, permits, and quality of materials as our proposal.
