Upon arrival, customer showed me Titan tankless water heater that was no longer working upon inspection found breaker tripped, causing hot water heater not to work gave customer option to install new Titan, tankless water heater without permit or warranty approved by management Will return on Monday to install new Titan, tankless water heater, including emergency shut off valve for water heater Customer is going to reach out to maintenance to see if there is a main water shut off four unit Customer is fully responsible for any electrical or plumbing issues with new unit install
