Will need to cut ceiling below in order to convert shower drain to tub drain. A new moen shower valve plumbed in for a tub will be installed. Will install customer supplied tub and return after tile is completed to finish trim out. This job cannot be completed because all the parts are not on site. Per Darren, we are charging a $$450 multiple cancellation fee.
