Leak search details: While performing a leak search, technician noticed that there was a drop in pressure on the cold side. That is an indication that there is a leak on the cold water line. Technician opened a few walls behind the plumbing fixtures to access the water manifold. While opening the walls, technician noticed a leak coming from the manifold behind the downstairs for bathroom right next to the laundry room. Technician will give the customer a few options to reroute the single waterline.
