Shane was very knowledgeable of how to install my new water heater. He was personable, polite and he took pride in his work. I was very pleased and will ask for him again if i need your services. I’d give him a 10/10 for promptness as well. He explained exactly what had to be done and made sure the new heater was working to my satisfaction!
