Scope of Work This quote covers the following plumbing repairs: 1. Replacement of Sanitary T Drain Line • The existing sanitary T drain line, which is common to the entire unit and building, will be removed and replaced with a new sanitary T fitting. 2. Replacement of Shower Drain Line from Unit Above • The section of the shower drain line from the unit above must be replaced in order to complete the sanitary T replacement. This portion of the work is included in this quote. 3. Replacement of a Section of the Riser • A small section of the riser, which is common to the entire building, will also be replaced as part of this repair. Exclusions • Patching and Painting: We are only responsible for the replacement of the piping specified in this quote.
