Upon arrival I was shown to a disconnected shower handle. I was informed that the customer knew how to resolve the issue and had his tools ready. I offered to watch to make sure it went well and advised that if I had to jump in it would be a charge. The end result was that he was able to reinstall the shower handle and it’s operating well. I offered a home evaluation and the main valve, water heater and the plumbing in the home is in good standing
