Upon arrival customer had a toilet overflowing from tank. We suggested replacing toilet due to age of old toilet. Upon pulling toilet the toilet flange was too high to install new unit. We then replaced toilet flange. Emergency stop to toilet was also outdated and we changed to a 1/4 turn with a new supply line. Further inspection main water shut off was old style gate valve and needed to be updated to a 1/4 turn ball valve. Water heater is 5 years old and almost out of warranty and also not placed in pan at same level of home.
