Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Cody who showed me inside and guided me outback. He stated he has a hose in he tried messing with and it started leaking. It’s been leaking for a couple weeks, Cody has been at the home for about 5 years, the water heater is under 10 years and there’s a functioning ball valve at the main. Cody did mentioned if I could look at one of his toilets which he stated it just keeps filling. When I took a look, I recommended an entire rebuild, due to the bolts also being worn out. Furthermore, I got back with some options and went over them with Cody. He ultimately decided on just getting hose bib fixed. In addition, I shut the water off and began chipping around the bib. As I started exposing the pipe, the leak got bigger. Once pipe was exposed I had to cut back to get a good section to solder onto. Hence, I made the necessary connections and tested for any leaks before applying cement. In conclusion, I showed Cody the work and all is working
