Upon entry into the house customer showed me several issues relating to the home inspection. Upon customer request, this invoice is to provide services to either repair replace or secure multiple items on the plumbing home inspection list. 11.12.1 John the plumber will provide and replace existing 1 inch main valve due to existing leak coming from the packing nut and handle. 11.4.1 John the plumber will provide and replace the existing 1/2” hammer arrest.
