Upon arrival to the location, I met with Ewa who was downstairs on her way to throw the trash out and recognized me. Moreover, we went upstairs and she began by explaining she doesn’t live here full time, she just came back from New York and she realized her kitchen faucet has low water pressure. I asked if it was all over the home or just the kitchen she felt that. She said she doesn’t know and asked me to go around and check. Ewa has 3 bathrooms in the home, which all had normal pressure but one faucet which I explained, 9/10 times, it’s the aerator holding debris. I asked to then see the water heater and main valve and the water heater was replaced 3 years a go, and so was the main valve, but they replaced with another gate valve. Ewa mentioned she wasn’t here when they did the work, she wanted a 1/4 turn. I checked the valve to see if it was opened all the way and it was.
