Upon arrival customer had 3 toilets that he wanted to preform minor rebuilds on. While inspecting toilets we did notice all 3 had multi turn shut off valves and recommended updating valves to a 1/4 turn shut off. Customer decided to just have minor rebuilds done. We did talk with customer about filtration options to preserve the life of all fixtures in home as well as water heater. Customer also had complaints of hot water taking too long to get to shower, which is furthest fixture from heater, we suggested a comfort system recirculating pump for water heater.
