Service Summary: We met with the homeowner today, who explained that he hears water running within the wall. We conducted a walkthrough around the property and advised the homeowner that a leak search would be required to determine the source of the noise. Findings: • After turning off the outdoor water hose, the sound of running water ceased. • Despite the change, we still presented the recommendation to perform a professional leak search to confirm no active leak exists within the walls. Recommendation: The homeowner was advised to monitor the water meter for any signs of continuous usage. He will follow up with us if he chooses to move forward with the leak search.
