Upon arrival customer had a main line back up. We were here previously to relieve a main line blockage. Due to the conditions of old cast iron pipes there is no warranty on drain cleaning. In this case the cast iron is in very rough shape. The sidewalls of pipe are very scaly and will collect debris over time. We were able to relive back up for this visit. After reliving back up we then ran camera to view imperfections of pipe. We noticed a clump of toilet paper build up and we then suggested a mine line jetting service.
