Upon arrival, the customer directed our attention to a leaking hot-side handle on the lavatory faucet located in the rear washroom. After a thorough inspection, we advised that a complete faucet replacement would be the most prudent course of action to mitigate the risk of future failure, particularly concerning the cold-side handle. The customer agreed with our recommendation. Additionally, the customer requested replacement of the existing garbage disposal unit. The new disposal will be customer-supplied. A comprehensive estimate encompassing both the faucet and garbage disposal replacement was prepared and authorized by the customer. During the visit, we also recommended upgrading all existing emergency shutoff valves in the bathrooms and kitchen to modern quarter-turn ball valves for improved reliability and ease of operation.
